Wavecrest Cracker Barrel Shaped Biscuit Jar

Submitted for your consideration is a classic example of a biscuit jar by the Wavecrest Company of Meriden, CT. This barrel shaped creation is decorated with beautiful wild flowers and it has a metal handle and lid. The lid is topped by an elegantly designed finial. The jar measures 8.5” in height and it is in excellent condition, devoid of chips, cracks, or hairlines. We have seen similar biscuit jars sell for $500.00 on the web, but we can offer this lovely work from one of the most respected producers of glass products in the twentieth century for $300.00.
