Vintage One of a Kind Sand-Dollar Necklace-Pendant

Hello. This is one of the most unusual things you will ever find anywhere. I bought this about 20 years ago while visiting family in Calif. at a Wine/Art Fair , which there were several out there and always fun to go to. This and the yellow one in another add are all I have of them. I think they are lightly painted , this one a yellow under the green , then clear glazed and fired. I could be wrong but I don't think so. They are real Sand Dollars and up close you can see that very easily. They are signed by the artist T.A. But I really can not tell you who she is. Too much wine that day I guess. I forgot to ask. It measures about 2'' in diameter. The chain is gold toned not gold. It is about 18'' in length total. It is an incredible art piece to say the least.
