Brightly colored embossed undivided back postcard has an oval in white with a songbook opened, candles lit, and holly decorating the scene. The sentiment reads "A Merry Christmas" on the right hand side, and a poem saying "Strive to follow day by day where his footsteps mark the way." The signature is Ellen H. Clapsaddle. This card is in very good condition with a minor amount of edge wear. A faint postage mark can be seen on the top of the card near the songbook. It has been posted and the penny stamp is present. The date is Dec. 22 but the year is obscured. Series number 51342. Please email with any questions, and be sure to see my other Clapsaddle card from the same series. Thank you for visiting Splendors Of The Past!
