The top has a rub in the leather next to the applied name of the original owner, Kay, but it doesn’t distract from the vintage piece.

The little white spots are lint picked up in the scanning of this piece, NOT DEFECTS. Sorry, I'm not a professional and couldn't get a clear picture of the mirror!

Application for this black leather compact was filed on February 10, 1926. Its patent number is 1,598,991 and was made to give flexible materials such as leather and textiles a surface to decorate. Check it out at the US Patent Office Number Search for drawings etc.
