Page taken from the August 1874 Peterson's Magazine, this framed, authentic artwork of an engraved print entitled "AT THE SEA SIDE". The lovely picture is so striking, one can't help but want to study the ladies' 19th century fashion dresses and hats, the expressions on their faces, and the exquisite detail of the artwork. Notice the parasols and the whimsical beach hats.

The printing on the bottom says, "Peterson's Magazine, August 1874, AT THE SEA SIDE, Engraved & Printed by Illman Brothers".

This genuine artwork is beautifully and professionally matted and framed with a new 1-5/8" wide antiqued wooden frame and 2-1/4" wide mitered edge, linen matte. The overall measurements are 19-1/4" x 17" and 1" deep. It comes with a plastic coated wire hanger securely fastened on the back and even includes the nail and hanger for fastening this wall art to the wall.

Wonderful gift idea! Perfect for a Victorian style home, B&B, or upscale historical hotel. Vivid, pure color and exceptional detail suitable for museum or gallery display. Excellent condition. Center of the page is slightly creased where it was fastened in the book for over 133 years! Any streaks or white marks are reflection in the glass front frames. Hang all four of these prints for a magnificent arrangement. See items 0472, 0474, 0473
